Getting started
Choose a starting point
Open Create New from the sidebar. Pick a ready-made template from the Template Library, or start from scratch with a blank bar.
Customize in the editor
The visual editor adjusts every detail in real time. The left sidebar groups settings into collapsible sections; the right panel shows a live preview.
Publish or save as draft
Click Publish to go live immediately, or Save as Draft to continue later. Your bar auto-saves as you work.
Monitor performance
The Dashboard shows views, clicks and conversions for all bars, with a chart to track trends over 7, 14 or 30 days.
Only one bar can be active per position (top, bottom, left, right, floating) at a time. Activating a new bar automatically deactivates any other active bar in the same position with overlapping page rules. Bars targeting different specific pages can coexist in the same position.

Targeting & behavior
Display triggers
- Immediate, shows as soon as the page loads.
- Delay, wait a set number of seconds before showing.
- Scroll, show after the user scrolls a certain distance.
- Exit intent, show when the cursor moves toward the browser close button (desktop).
Display frequency
- Always, every page load.
- Once per session, until the browser is closed and reopened.
- Once ever, never again for that browser after closing.
Page rules
- All pages, every page of your site.
- Homepage only, the front page.
- Specific URLs, only pages matching your pattern.
- Exclude URLs, everywhere except matching pages.
Scheduling
Set a start date, end date or both to activate and deactivate bars automatically, perfect for limited-time sales and seasonal campaigns. Scheduled bars show a “Scheduled” badge on the Dashboard.
Device targeting
Show the bar on All Devices, Desktop Only or Mobile Only.
Analytics & tracking
Built-in analytics
Every bar automatically tracks:
- Views, how many times the bar was displayed.
- Clicks, CTA clicks, coupon copies, form submissions.
- Conversions, lead completions, coupon copies and other conversion events.
The Dashboard shows aggregated stats with a line chart, filterable by 7, 14 or 30 days.
Google Analytics 4
Add your GA4 Measurement ID to send conversion events to your existing GA4 tag, useful when your theme or another plugin already loads GA4.
Custom event tracking
Per-bar settings let you define custom event names, choose a conversion type (CTA click, coupon copy, lead capture) and add UTM parameters (source, medium, campaign) to CTA links.
Integrations
WooCommerce
When WooCommerce is active, Shipping bars integrate with the cart automatically. The progress bar updates in real time using WooCommerce cart fragments, no page reload needed. If WooCommerce is not installed, the Shipping bar type shows a notice in the editor.
Ultra: sync captured leads to Mailchimp, Brevo, ConvertKit, Klaviyo or Zapier.
Global settings
Open global settings from the gear icon on the Dashboard. These affect all bars:
- Global enable / disable, master switch for all bars across your site.
- Z-Index, stacking order (default 9999); increase if bars appear behind sticky headers.
- Lazy load, defers the plugin script for better page-speed scores.
- GA4 Measurement ID, your Google Analytics 4 property ID (G-XXXXXXXXXX).

Frequently asked questions
Can I have multiple bars active at the same time?
Yes, but only one bar per position. You can run one Top, one Bottom, one Left, one Right and one Floating bar simultaneously. Activating a new bar in a position that already has an active bar with overlapping page rules automatically deactivates the old one.
Do I need WooCommerce for the Shipping bar?
Yes. The Shipping bar reads the cart value and updates the progress bar in real time via WooCommerce. Without WooCommerce it shows 0% and can't detect cart changes. All other bar types work without WooCommerce.
How does the countdown timer work, per-visitor or global?
It uses a fixed end date/time you set, so all visitors see the same deadline. When it reaches zero, the action you chose triggers: hide the bar, show a custom expired message, restart the timer, or permanently deactivate the bar.
Where are collected leads stored?
All leads (email + optional name) are stored in a dedicated table in your WordPress database, and you can export them to CSV at any time.
Will the bar slow down my site?
It's lightweight, one CSS file and one JS file, loaded only on pages where a bar is active. Enable Lazy Load in Settings to defer the script. Google Fonts load only if a bar uses a custom font.
Can I preview my bar before publishing?
Yes. The editor has a live preview panel that updates instantly, with desktop and mobile modes. You can also save as Draft and preview on the real front end without showing it to visitors.
How do I use the {amount} placeholder in Shipping bars?
In the Progress Message field, put {amount} where the remaining amount should appear. “Add {amount} more for free shipping!” becomes “Add $23 more for free shipping!” and updates automatically as the cart changes.
What happens when a bar is scheduled?
With a future start date, the bar becomes “Scheduled” (yellow badge). It's activated but won't display until the start date; once the end date passes it stops showing automatically, so you can set up campaigns in advance.
Can I show the bar on specific pages only?
Yes. Use Page Rules in the Targeting section, choose “Specific URLs” and enter a pattern (e.g. /shop/ or /product/). You can also use “Exclude URLs” to show everywhere except certain pages.
How does the scratch-off coupon work?
Enable the scratch-off option in the Coupon settings. A colored overlay covers the code; visitors scratch it away with mouse or finger. Once ~50% is cleared the overlay fades and the code is copied to the clipboard automatically.
