Privacy Policy
Plain-English summary: we collect as little as possible, we don't run analytics or ads unless you opt in, and we never sell your data.
Last updated: 31 August 2026
Who we are
This website, lifetimeplugins.com, is operated by Online Mega Stores Zbigniew Orlowski, ul. Pagórkowa 26, 83-331 Przyjaźń, Pomorskie, Poland, VAT PL9571022554 (the "we", "us"). For any privacy question, write to support@lifetimeplugins.com.
This policy covers the website and our license-validation service. Data that our plugins store on your WordPress site (form entries, subscriber emails, bar statistics, and so on) stays on your own server, we never receive it. You are the controller of that data; see each plugin's documentation.
Cookies & consent
We use a consent banner. Nothing optional runs until you choose. There are two groups:
- Strictly necessary: a single value (
lftm_consent) that remembers your cookie choice so we don't ask again. This is not used to track you and cannot be turned off. - Analytics & marketing (optional, off by default): loaded only if you click "Accept". Today the site runs no analytics or advertising scripts at all; the banner is in place so that if we ever add privacy-friendly analytics, it stays entirely under your control. You can change or withdraw your choice anytime via "Cookie settings" in the footer.
Third parties that may receive data
- Web fonts: the site's fonts are served from our own server (self-hosted), so no request is made to Google Fonts and no data is shared with Google. Our plugins ship their fonts locally too.
- Etsy: purchases are completed on Etsy, which is the controller of your purchase and payment data under its own privacy policy. We receive only the order details needed to deliver your license key.
- Hosting: the site runs on our own server. Standard server logs (IP address, browser user-agent, timestamps, requested URLs) are kept briefly for security and troubleshooting, then rotated out.
License validation
When you activate a paid plugin license on your site, the plugin contacts our licensing API to confirm the key is valid and to bind it to one domain. For that we store your site domain, the license key, its activation status and timestamps. This process does not read or transmit your visitors' data, your content, or any browsing activity. The free WordPress.org versions of our plugins do not phone home at all.
Support & email
If you email us, we keep your message and contact address for as long as needed to help you and to keep a record of the request. We don't use it for marketing without your consent.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal data, and object to processing. Email support@lifetimeplugins.com and we'll respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish data-protection authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, uodo.gov.pl).
Retention
We keep license records for as long as the license is active plus the period required by tax law. Support emails are kept while relevant. Consent choices live in your browser until you clear them or they expire (about 12 months).
Changes
If this policy changes we'll update the date above and, for material changes, note it on the site. Questions? support@lifetimeplugins.com.
